Let us spend our time pulling teeth with the insurance company and insured to gather all documents and any other information on the file that may have happened before your company got involved. We will keep all this information organized for the life of the claim.

In addition, direct all calls to us on this claim, and we will listen to insureds sob stories, physical ailments, marital problems, grandkids graduation from kindergarten and let them know what step we are on throughout the process

Manage your client’s emotions for the life of the claim. We will keep them calm until you can reach a settlement

Individual Services
Preliminary Inspection $250
A preliminary Inspection serves multiple purposes. For instance, you may need boots on the ground to determine
if a claim is worth your time and effort. You may also want a needy client to feel at ease with an in-person meeting.
In an overly competitive hurricane market, you may have a potential client who demands to meet someone from
your law firm in-person. For all of the above reasons and more, hire Legal Web to serve as your in-person
representative.
Handholding in Florida $250
A "handholding" is our representation on behalf of the insured (client) during any inspection or meeting by the
insurance company or their experts.
Handholding Without Report (Typical for Flood Adjuster Inspections) $180
Full Inspection and Estimate of Damages $500
This includes scheduling, a full inspection for all damages to the loss, and a complete estimate of damages.
Bring Documents to your client or prospective clients for delivery or signing $185

Contracts to be signed, Proof of Loss to be signed and notarized, face-to-face introduction with a client as a
representative of your firm, delivery of documents, collection of documents, or any other service which requires
briefly visiting the insured client.
Appraisal $900 + $150 if an umpire is required
Most insurance appraisal invocations require a disinterested 3rd party appraiser by both parties. Legal Web
will coordinate and perform the inspection with the insurer's designated appraiser and sign an agreed upon
appraisal award.
Quality Control $1,000
Most law firms and public adjusters receive scattered, incoherent documents, receipts, letters, emails,
bank statements, phone records, photos, estimates, AOB invoices and estimates, and other claim-related
items. Legal Web will make sense of the chaos. In addition, Legal Web will inventory what documents exist,
what will be needed, and if possible, produce or request the needed documents. Once everything is
organized, Legal Web will send everything to you with a brief inventory report, a timeline of events, and
include any special notes. Additionally, Legal Web will be the liaison between the attorney and public adjuster
for most needs, if requested.
Side note: A law firm that provides this service will be much more attractive to a Public Adjuster. This service
will provide an enormous relief to the Public Adjuster while also providing clarity and faster settlements to attorneys.
Busy Public Adjusters can't always provide the attention that attorneys need. However, this is one of the many reasons
Legal Web exists.
